Hello!
This is my family: my wife Tym, my daughter Kylee, who's a photographer too, and my son Rembrandt (our surprise at 40). They're my inspiration.
Photography is my main passion, but when I'm not taking pictures, I work in IT behind a computer. My job allowed me to travel, and I enjoyed exploring cities, especially during late flights back home. I liked talking to people more than sightseeing. Taking their portraits became a habit, and it felt good to offer someone a professional portrait unexpectedly.
After spending a lot of time on portraiture, a photographer I admired asked me to assist at a wedding, and I got hooked. Being part of the most important day in someone's life felt like an honor, like being their historian.
I kept learning and experimenting with different types of photography—headshots, concerts, sports, seniors—but weddings always drew me back. It's become my passion, and even after being a part of over a hundred weddings, I still love it just as much as the first.
