Price and aesthetic of photography are important but how you feel during and after matters equally. Here are a few thoughts and considerations.
1. Always ask to see a full wedding album/gallery (not just a sample or what's on the website). Judge a photographer by their average work as that is what will comprise most of your gallery as well. I hope you take a look at my sample work under <PORTFOLIO> and then contact me. Tell me about your wedding and I'll share with you a full wedding album that perhaps is similar to yours (and you can ask to see as many of them as you'd like).
2. After you see their full work, interview the photographer. We each work quite differently. Do you want someone who engages with everyone or a fly on the wall? There isn't a right or wrong but you are hiring someone to not just take your pictures but spend the better part of the day with you. This person will be responsible for bringing the best out of you and your loved ones.
If you like my work (and me as a person), we start to discuss price and review a service contract where everything from price to estimated number of images is laid out so that there are never any surprises.
Most professional wedding photography (in the Nashville, TN area) will range from $2000-$5000. My standard/middle of the set package is a 7-hour session for $2300. I also have shorter packages to fit budgets and all day packages. Be sure to check out my bucket list (under <INFO>) to see if your wedding qualifies for other incentives.
I also shoot portraits, lifestyle family sessions and engagements. My standard lifestyle family, engagement or portrait sessions start at $300.
*All packages include print release/files.
Prices subject to change.
All sales final; no refunds.
See service contract for all other terms/agreements.
** Additional travel fees may be applicable if services are conducted outside of Nashville/Middle TN.
